The upcoming Emerging Leaders meeting will feature a professionally facilitated “Retail Makeover” presentation to the group by Barbara Crowhurst; North America's leading Retail Business Coach. Barbara’s presentation has been designed specifically to fit the diverse regional and cultural needs of Castle will provide information that can be implemented in real-time.

Based on the results of the national analysis; Barbara will deliver hard hitting strategies and a focussed plan of action that will assist the Emerging Leaders and Castle improve in the areas of technology, communications and processes. The national S.W.O.T. results from all three Emerging Leaders regional platforms are included for your review.
