Castle Has Announced Some Key Changes To Their Business Development Structure

Mississauga, ON - Castle Building Centres Group has announced some key changes to their Business Development structure. Castle is committed to providing superior service to their growing national member base. As a result of several years of member growth, Castle will be enhancing their Business Development Management structure as the New Year begins.

The first announcement is the newly developed role, Director of Business Development. The role was created to assist our Business Development Team in strengthening the communication within our membership and assist in coordinating growth objectives in all regions. Bruce Holman, BDM for the Central Region, will assume this new position to coordinate and oversee the activities of our regional Business Development Managers across the country. Castle will assess the additional member support needs for the Central Region in early 2016.

Castle has announced a new role for Alan Schoemperlen as Castle Business Development Manager – Mentor. Alan will be working in a reduced capacity in 2016 as he looks to transition from his current role. He will play an important part in the continuous development of the Castle team by sharing best practices, industry insight and knowledge, and will support the professional development of the regional Business Development Managers across the country.

His first mandate will be to work closely with Chris Graves, Castle Business Development Manager, who will step in to take over in Manitoba - Saskatchewan. Chris Graves brings extensive industry experience, new spirit and a strong base of relationships in the Western Canada LBM industry. Chris comes to Castle with many accolades and prior to joining the team, spent several years as a key Castle supplier partner in the role of Senior Territory Manager.
