Castle member adds second location in Newfoundland

Mississauga, ON - Castle Building Centres Group Ltd.

On the East shore of Trinity Bay in Newfoundland, you will find a town called Cavendish and the Jackson family who have owned and operated Cavendish Castle Building Centres for over forty years. This week, Castle announced that Norm Jackson, and sons Ren and Darryl, have added a new retail location, located in New Harbour, just fifteen minutes away from the Cavendish store, Jackson’s Castle Building Centre.

Norm Jackson, founder of Cavendish Castle and Norm’s Lumberyard, is excited about the expansion. “We are looking forward to better serving our loyal customers around Trinity Bay” Norm Jackson, Founder.

The new location will be managed by son Ren Jackson, son Darryl will stay on as manager of the existing Cavendish location, and Norm will oversee operations at both locations. The new location offers a more spacious design and an extended product assortment including lumber, building materials, tools and hardware. Ren who has extensive experience in the home improvement retail industry is ready to share his knowledge with local contractors and customers and has aligned himself with a team of professionals to take the family business to new heights.
