Delcan Building Materials is the newest venture for owner Patrick De Leeuw who has successfully operated Delpro 1138 Wall & Ceiling Paneling since 2007. Delcan Building Materials may be new to retail lumber, building materials and hardware but they are gearing up to focus on servicing the area’s contractor and renovation market.

The Delcan property resides on 2 acres of land in Fort MacLeod. Plans are well under way for a further expansion in the Spring of 2015 with the expansion of the showroom and warehouse space catering to the retail consumer as well as the contractor market.
