Castle Member Grows Locally

Castle Building Centres Group Ltd. announced a new member location in New Brunswick.

The newest Castle location is situated in the town of Nackawic, NB located along the Saint John River Valley and is the town is the designated Forestry Capital of Canada. The new retail store is the second location for the Mahar family who have been operating Topmar Building Supplies for over 46 years.

Topmar is a locally-owned family business, originally founded in 1964 as the construction company Thompson & Mahar and later opened its doors as Topmar Building Supplies. They have been serving Fredericton’s contractors and homeowners with the lumber, building material and hardware needs for more than four decades.

The new location opened its doors a few months ago on a trial basis in Nackawic and the official grand opening celebration for this new Castle Building Centre location took place last week with community BBQ, giveaways and special promotions.
