In preparation for Castle’s vendor negotiations, Castle requires your assistance in determining Vendor Performance in 2016. Your feedback, through the Vendor Report Card initiative, assists your executive team in securing the leading buying program in the industry. Your input is needed and valued.
Report Cards will assist Castle in these areas:
- Product Quality
- Competitive Pricing
- Responsiveness
- Invoicing / Billing
- On-Time Delivery
- Communication
- Sales Management
