Castle welcomes another new member to the Maritimes |

Castle announced today that their growth continues in the Maritimes. Hubbards Hardware is the newest Castle Building Centres to open its doors in Nova Scotia. Located in Hubbards, NS, this full-service lumber, building materials and hardware retailer sits in a picturesque south shore Nova Scotia community in the suburbs of Halifax. |

Founded over 40 years ago by owners Vance and Lois Slauenwhite, these entrepreneurs have built a thriving business serving their local community. Over the years they came to realize that their current buying group was taking away from their independence and began considering an alternative. They needed a buying group that could deliver the buying power but knew that maintaining their independence was key if they were to make a move. |
