Their transition to the Castle CBS division as of January 1st, 2026, marks another significant expansion of Castle’s commercial footprint across Canada. Led by Doug Skrepnek (Encore) and Carl Leonard (Beauchesne), who recently partnered to form Leonek Corporation, this acquisition represents the next strategic step in their long-term growth platform within Canada, and the addition of Coastal Drywall Supplies further elevates Castle’s strength and visibility within the commercial supply channel. |
