 Castle Commercial Dealer Expands GTA Footprint with Bernardi Acquisition
Encore Drywall Material Supplies, a member of Castle’s Commercial Division, is expanding its presence and in the Greater Toronto Area with the acquisition of Bernardi Building Supply.
The acquisition adds two established locations in Toronto and Mississauga, further strengthening Encore’s ability to serve contractors and builders across the GTA and expanding its footprint in one of Canada’s largest construction markets.
The transition brings together Bernardi’s established customer relationships and industry expertise with Encore’s expanded resources, product offering and operational capabilities.
“They have built a strong presence in the GTA, and we’re excited to build on that foundation as we bring our two organizations together,” says Doug Skrepnek, President of Encore Drywall Material Supplies. “It’s an important step in our growth and long-term vision for Encore.”
The acquisition advances Encore’s broader strategy to expand its commercial building materials platform through focused, strategic growth.
